Capstone Project
Each participant completes a community improvement project that addresses a real local need — putting leadership into action where they live.
Graduation & Alumni Pathway
Participants who complete the Academy and stay actively involved graduate in a recognition ceremony celebrating how far they’ve come. Alumni are invited back as peer mentors — guiding newer cohorts, leading by example, and building a self-sustaining leadership pipeline where today’s students become tomorrow’s leaders.
Ongoing Supports
Mentorship
One-on-one and small-group relationships with veteran and community role models — consistent, trusted adults who show up.
Sports Leagues
Evening volleyball, softball, and flag football — discipline, teamwork, and healthy habits that reinforce each phase's lessons.
Academic Support
Tutoring, study skills, homework assistance, and executive-functioning training to help youth catch up, keep up, and get ahead.
Civic Leadership & Service
Youth-led committees, community projects, and exposure to local government — learning how their community works and how to improve it.
